Shipping policy

 

Our current shipping destinations include HongKong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, the United States, Canada, European Union and the United Kingdom.

We offer free shipping on orders over $499. Orders below $499 will incur a shipping fee of $20 (Asia) or $40 (Rest of the world). Please select the shipping method when you check out.

After your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.  You will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Delivering times vary by region: 5-12 business days (Asian Region) / 10-20 business days (Non Asian Region).

Duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are determined by the destination country and order value and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, your order may be destroyed by customs or returned to us. In such cases, any shipping fees, duties, and customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
