Refund policy

Items purchased on  viamontebello52.com may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please contact us with your order number and the items that you wish to return. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Acceptable Returns Conditions:

  • To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a smooth carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dust bags, cards, and packaging intact. Shoeboxes are not to be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, unstained, free from dirt, hair to any other debris.
  • If a return causes the order to no longer meet the requirements for discounts or gifts, the discounts will be revoked when calculating the refund, and the gifts must be returned to qualify for a refund. The returned free gifts must also meet the same standards for acceptable returns outlined above.
  • No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase.
  • Duties and Taxes are not refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping, duties and taxes will vary based on country and distance to our warehouse, and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated standards of acceptable returns.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
